Flipside V3 Overview
Welcome to Flipside V3! This is Flipside's third website incarnation, our last site overhaul was way back in 2004 so we thought it was about time to give it another facelift! The site, the look and feel has had a complete makeover to symbolise the changes within Flipside the company and ourselves as riders within the last year.
The website has a lot of new content and features aswell as some familiar ones:
First and foremost is rider profiles on our awesome team of Streetboarders, we've always had a team of sponsored riders but never before have they been on the website in digital form. The team has also been revamped for 2007 with the additions of Paul Nash, former UK National Streetboard Champion Andy Garrett and current UK AM Rolling Dead Champion Josh Newman. Everyone has been sat down for interviews for you to peruse at your leisure, a gallery of pictures, Video Clips, and a blog section are also online. The blog's are the riders choice as to whether they want to use them and how often they keep them updated so if there's no new blog info from the guys then get on their case to update it!
The Downloads section consists of a gallery of photos of the Team Riders, Streetboard Video Clips, a new MySpace layouts section where you can download a new layout to pimp up your MySpace profile with, and new Desktop Wallpapers.
The Articles section will soon include new Articles from our travels, and currently is sporting the Tune Up and Skate Park Reviews sections from the old site - which again will be kept updated.
Events includes information about upcoming Streetboard events and jams, and also information about events that Flipside hosts - Rodeo Club and Streetboard School.
One of the main questions we get asked when skating is where to buy Streetboards from, so our new Retailers section is designed to help answer those questions. There's a lot of new UK retailers out there now and we're working towards building the most comprehensive list of UK retailers for you to make an informed choice.
The last section is the Archive where we are archiving popular content from our previous website. Articles and Multimedia will be archived here. Again, coming soon.
