Josh Newman

Josh has emerged as quite the Streetboard prodigy over the past 12 months. After starting Streetboarding at the end of the summer 2006 and joining the Flipside Team he began learning tricks at a very fast rate and was nailing 2 different backflips and rodeo 540's within 3 months.

Since then his passion and determination to improve has seen him compete at every contest in 2007 which resulted in him being crowned the UK Amateur Rolling Dead Champion, and he looks set to move into the Pro division in 2008. This passion is easily visible in the sheer joy on his face in many of our Team Photos. Make an event and Josh will be there ready and raring to tear it up. The secret is to not tell him what trick you're trying to work on, otherwise he'll do it before you.

Josh is certainly keeping us (and everyone else!) on our toes, look for more big things from him in the future.
